#. The nature of pain is chronic intractable benign pain, in which discomfort present all the time with varying levels of intensity.

#. Consequences of chronic pain:-

- suffering

- irritability

- not able to do the work

- impaired activity of daily living

- less response to medication

- high complications

- tissue damage

- emotional disturbance

#. The medication chosen for her are high working opioid such as codeine, fentanyl ,morphine and the other option is using combination of two medications.
