5.1)Critical thinking refers to the capability of making rationale decision and thinking in all directions .Some of the features of critical thinking are

  1. Good analytical skill before making a final decision
  2. Exhibiting a sense of great self confidence and being an inspirational to others
  3. Very concerned in avoid any untoward incident
  4. Being very flexible and trying to achieve the target
  5. These thinkers are very attentive to others point of view and understand it completely
  6. Able to concise a detailed structure into minimal level for each understanding
  7. They always try to stand as a neutral person to make decision in an argument
  8. Continuously keeps updating themselves and stay up to date

5.2)The six steps of problem solving process are

  • First identify the problem
  • Assessing the cause of the problem has to be analysed
  • Multiple solutions can be made for a single problem
  • From the multiple solution available, select the one which best fits to solve the problem
  • After selecting it,try to implement it systematically as per the plan
  • Evaluate after implementation to assess its effectiveness
