Sig-: 0.3 mg/kg/week

0.3× 9.253 = 2.7759 mg = 2.8 mg

The correct daily dose of Nutropin for this patient is 2.8 mg daily.

II) The catridge is of 10 mg total with 2 ml.

So dose for 30 days= 2.8 × 30 = 84 mg

Approximately 9 refills will be required i.e 1 pack already contains 3 fills so more 6 refills will be required.
