He has regular medications for anxiety since the diagnosis of squamous cell cancer.
John needs nebulisation to ease oropharyngeal secretions.


Your Task: Write patient progress notes after administering 1g of crushed Panamax via NGT and administering the nebuliser for John.

Ans) Nursing notes:

- Mr John Moore, 64 yrs has complaint of squamous cell cancer.

- Patient is conscious and oriented.

- Patient having NGT for enteral feeding.

- At 8 am feed given via NGT tube.

- At 8:30 am, administered 1g of crushed Panamax via NGT.

- After 9 am, administered nebuliser for John via nebulization mask.

- At 9:15 am when nebuliser is over, Mouth wash given.

- At 10 am vital sign checked and recorded

- All due orders carried out.
