Answer - Here in the given situation , Jack did the mistake of doing the blank endorsement which made it completely negotible. He could have received a crossed cheque and encashed it in his account or could have done the specific endorsement on his name.

The remedy available to him is now he should approach the person who gave him Cheque and request him to Stop the Payment of the cheque. In this way the holder of the cheque will not be able to receive the payment falsely .
