Vegan Diet is the restriction of all animal products for health reasons. It has also followed for ethical and environmental reasons. In a vegan diet, one has to completely avoid meat, poultry products, egg, and animal derivatives. Instead of this, one has to include more amount of protein and vitamin B12 in their daily diet. Avoiding the intake of animal products reduces cholesterol and saturated fat in the body. So It develops positive health and effects. The ultimate goal of this diet is to reduce unnecessary fat in the body and thereby minimize the risk of coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. This diet will not be helpful for a lean mass person because it has low calories and lack of certain nutrients.
