Next year PPF of Econoland economy best described by PPF2 (violet curve).

Because if the economy works at point B, the Impact of it is the red curve PPF which results the best investment of today and due to which economic growth happens. And if the economy works at any other point say A or C then today's investment will not result in the best form. So the economy curve lies somewhere below the red curve and upper the blue curve.
