For these four patients we will give priority because remaining three are not that much necessary because,
* Jones 73 years old pulmonary patient with chronic emphysema he is on DNR means Don't resuscitate, that means there is no need emergency care just we can provide hospice care.
* Cho a 27 years old having AIDS due to contaminated blood transfusion, this patient no need ICU care because already it is life threatening diseases, there is no fully survive from this diseases, but we can provide care in general wards.
* then Joey Scoy is suffering from aspiration pneumonia and mentally retarded, it is also there is no that much priority because already she is mentally and intellectually fully disabled.
So these three we can exclude.
