Ans) Order: 375 mg of penicillin

Available: tablet 500 mg

Solution:

500 mg = 1 tablet

375 mg = x

x= 375 ÷ 500 = 0.75 tablet i.e 3/4 th tablet

3/4 tablet of 1 tablet should be administered for 375 mg dose of penicillin.
