The toddlers (1 _4 years) are very fussy ,exploring things, tend to be independent, mimic like parents ,elders and others,can recognize others and self in mirror,pictures.They often clutter the house by exploring things. Making them go to bed is the most challenging task of the parents.The best ways to make the toddler to go to bed are

  • Develop a routine ,sets the biological clock and makes the child sleep around the same time daily.
  • Offering a bed time snack
  • The bed can be made up for the child ,so that the child learns its time to sleep
  • The most age old tradition of bed time stories will always make parents easy to make their toddler to bed easily.
