Answer: The responsibility of the healthcare organization as the ultimate responsible party for errors in care or negligent care as the healthcare organization should take strict action regarding the healthcare professionals if found guilty. Because it is important to take care of the patient. Patient have faith on healthcare organization and any kind of malpractice and negligence should be avoided. It is necessary for the healthcare organizations to have a quality indicator as well as feedback from the patients.

The healthcare professionals have responsibility of the patient to treat them as well as provide enhanced quality of care. The minor mistakes can be fatal for the patient. The healthcare professionals should reduce as well as eliminate the medic error and negligence. This may cause overdose, drug interactions or any kind of adverse effects which can seriously harm patients.
