Acupuncture is a form of treatment. Here very thin needles inserted toner the skin at specific points of body. Most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, wellness, including stress management.

Traditional Chinese medicine says acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force, know as chi or qi (chee), believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. Needle used to unique points along these meridians of body, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance. In different way Wester practitioners view the acupuncture points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue, and stimulation boosts, body's natural painkillers.

Acupuncture is used mainly to relieve discomfort associated with a variety of diseases and conditions, such as severe pain, nause and vomiting, head related problems (headache and migraines), dental problems, labor pain, back pain, shoulder and neck pain, arthritis, cramps, respiratory disorders.

The acupuncture results are not easy to measure, but many people find it helpful as a means to control a variety of painful conditions, also evidence that acupuncture works best in people who expect it to work.
