Answer :

B. Burgdorferi test it is a laboratory test , it is used to look for antibodies, the body makes against the antigens like borrelia burgdorferi bacteria, here we will detect two different types of antibodies like IgG, and IgM.

Conventional methods are used to detect pathogenic bacteria based on cultivation proceedures, by isolation of colonies on selective media, biochemical identification and by confirmation pathogenicities.

These method is used to search of one type of pathogen at a time.

The two reasons to difficult to utilize conventional methods for detecting of B. burgdorferi, are

1. Soon after getting infection there is not adequate antibodies development, and it will give false positive results and

2. It may get confused by physicians and lab technicians,

3. And here we have to check IgG and IgM tests for immunoglobulines in conventional methods at a time we will detect one pathogen so, that is the reason it is difficult.
