1.check that it is in proper postion.

2.check the blockage of tube by aspirating it.

3.check that it is secoured to prevent dislocation of the tube.

4.check that the tube is washed out with water after feed to keep it clean.

5.check that intake is properly given or not .

6.check whether the intake is charted or not.

7.whenever shifting the patien everythings should be clear and perfect.

8.check the comfortness of the patient,
