1. Melissa needs a strategy framework for implementing her plan. she should start with introducing a strategy lexicon that everyone can easily understand and follow. she may use a network analysis method, which is a graphic plan of all events and activities to be completed, in order to reach an end objective.

she may also use a Programme Evaluation and Review Technique which enables a more detailed planning a more comprehensive supervision. it allows to estimate the approximate time by which the plans can be implemented and also to identify the steps that are critical in achieving the objective.

--> equipment ordered -- 3 months--> equipments installed --> terminal event

Melissa's project will include both direct and indirect care. project by itself would be indirect as she her intervention would benefit the children and direct as she intervenes to provide aid and medication to the children based on the outcome of her indirect care.
