Chris, the medical assistant obtaining her health history, makes the statement, "Mrs. Miller, the dysplastic nevus found in the left axillary region looks as if it could be malignant. You have not been using sunscreen, have you?" 2. Mr. Sunsari is being seen today for a suspicious mass in his left lung. The physician has recommended a biopsy the mass; however, Mr. Sunsari prefers to postpone the procedure. He asks Chris what he should do about schedulin the procedure. Chris states, “I would do it right away."

1. In this interview ,the medical assistant is diagnosing the condition without any confirmation and also putting the fault on the patient for not using the sunscreen. It is dangerous because first of all the patient would get anxious by hearing malignancy , secondly she was not told by anyone to use sunscreen as an advice for which she can take legal actions too.

2. In this case , the physician is right away giving the next date of the.procedure without asking him the cause for it as early diagnosis and treatment will increase the cure rate . It's indicates lack of interest.
