• Provides safe environment for elder from fall and accidents

The weakness about the nursing homes are

• Expensive
• Though the patient's are given the best quality care ,they miss the relationship with their family members
• Chances of sexual abuse or assault between mentally sound, healthy patients are possible
• The elders may loose their freedom because their daily activities or preplanned
• Chance for unsatisfactory services are possible
• There chances for limited facilities and availability of the right equipment at right time
