Answer #1

Nurses are one of the professionals who face these types of problems most often.A nurse who is highly competent and skillful may have a low impact of it because of their experience and understanding of different professionals roles.

A novice on their first (any profession) day of work are often not given any responsibilities in view of lack of experience. This is applicable to someone who has just graduated but not to a person who already has experience in another healthcare setup. In order to tackle the situation effectively certain simple steps can be initiated like establishing a professional relationship, clarifying any doubts to supervisors then and there ,proving their efficiency by requesting to offer a work in case of novice wheras an expert nurse can themselves offer to help their colleagues. This can minimize the criticism, conflicts and ensure a professional or therapeutic relationship.
