US healthcare system is not an universally driven system and diffefs in structure from other regions. The major components of US healthcare system include financing, insurance, delivery and payments.

Financing- this component enables achieving the insurance or payments for the healthcare system. The systen is employee based and provides opportunities for better funding.

Insurance- insurance such as medicare and medicaid is provided by US government and ogher private companies to insure an individual against catostrophic risks of expenses in healthcare.

Delivery- healthcare delivery in this structure is totally dependent on the health care providers in the region.

Payment- this component deals with payments and reimbursment of the expenses led by healthcare dilevery.
