Answer #1

Answer :- Option 'c' is the correct Answer

Solution :-

The consumption function C= a+bY

Where,

C= equilibrium income

a= consumption expenditure

b=Marginal propensity to consume (MPC)

Y= economy income

For country A, value of b i.e- MPC = 0.8

For country B, MPC= 0.75

For country C, MPC= 0.9

Therefore MPC is maximum for country C
