Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of insulin sensitivity factor.

     Formula

Insulin sensitivity factor (ISF) = 1700 / Total daily dose of rapid acting insulin

   Here

Total daily dose of rapid acing insulin(TDD) = 25 unit (Novolog).

   As per above formula

          Insulin sensitivity factor = 1700 / 25

                                                = 68 mg/dL.
