Real leaders, will engage in management behavior for making the organization better. To trickle down to trickle we need to create an ethical behavior to form relativism. Managerial skills for managers from mild to upper-level help for successful management of organization strategies, it shapes the social learning theory by observation, modeling of others that help people to learn. lack of self-awareness makes the managers' ability to assess their performance. Trickle-down incompetencies through decsions and action make the leadership fail. these managers rarely solve the problem. their managerial practice weakness makes the department weak. It needs a formal change management process by respecting everyone and effective managers are really challenging. their actions, culture, and work should focus on incompetencies. understand the nature of social learning of behavior. As managers focus on the outcome that should be clear and stretch metrics(Assertive), responsibility(accountable), honest and be as an open communicator, be as a decision-maker, problem-solver, demonstrate actions to others, motivate employees and praise them, make colloboration and transparent relationship. this manager's quality makes them as a quality manager.
