I = 0.50 * m r^2

I = 0.50 * 7.99 * 19.26^2

I = 1481.93 Kg.m^2

Now, for the uncertainity in the moment of inertia

dI/1481.93 = 0.20/7.99 + (0.11/19.26)^2

solving for dI

dI = 37.14 Kg.m^2

the uncertainity in moment of inertia is 37.14 Kg.m^2
