PLEASE REVIEW MY ANSWER: IS IT WRONG? DID I MISS/FORGET TO ADD SOMETHING?

You are working at a research hospital, helping with an experimental study on antiretroviral medications. Participants have been randomly assigned to take either AZT, Stribild, Complera, or a brand-new medication. The doctor who is leading the study shows you a correlation table and is excited, because type of drug is strongly correlated with number of HIV antibodies. What did the doctor do wrong? Explain in detail.

MY ANSWER: The doctor calculated a categorical variable (the drug/medication) in a nominal level of measurement with the number of HIV antibodies. However, the Pearson correlation is best used for interval or ratio data for measurement. If the number of HIV antibodies is accurate and normal, the ANova Model would be a more suitable method to use for this study because the focus would be within/between the group variance along with each person's score would be calculated based on the grand mean+the treatment+Error to provide a more thorough and accurate hypothesis.
