The current yield curve is as shown below:

The current yield curve is more flat than the normal yield curve . In a normal yield curve, the short term securities will have lower yield and long term securities will have a higher yield which will create an upward slope steeper than what is currently. Hence, the current yield curve is flat and not not normal.
