a)From the given graph we observe that at maximum length the voltage becomes minimum as that situation from OHM'S law states no current flows through the wire.

b)Condutor is the substance which allows current (or) through it. At the shortest length the wire behaves like a ohmic conductor

c)At maximum length there is no resistance.

d)Non ohmic conductor (insulator) at zero length value it has no current. So, wire acts as a non ohmic conductor
