velocity v1 = 0.84c

velocity v2 = 0.91c

Lorentz factors for v1 and v2 are:

γ₁ = 1/√(1−(v1/c)²) = 1.843

γ₂ = 1/√(1−(v2/c)²)= 2.41

The proper time is the time measured by the person filling her car (t′) is stated to be the same for both observations, so

t′ = t₁/γ₁ =  t₂/γ₂

=> t₁/γ₁ =  t₂/γ₂

=> t₂ = t₁(γ₂/γ₁) = 4.9*(2.41/1.843) = 6.41 min
