IT organization is the organization which provide information tech services and develop software and applications for customers like Google is IT organization because it has so many applications like G-mail, google search engine, chrome etc. the domain of IT organization refers to the chosen field of action, the part of the environment which they choose to be vital to their company, so if that part changes, they must react.

Principles of IT organization related to principle like work with honesty, integrity, respect culture in diversity, maintain privacy of customers. Architecture is related to buildings like structure where employees work and company is setup. the infrastructure strategy is to create a work environment where transportation is easy, communication of employees with customers is easy and technology make convienance for employees.

I think in IT organization, working remote by sitting home and taking meetings over video conference or doing work at different locations is common practices. the benefits of this practice is that employees can not feel work stress, they feel more energetic and relaxed when they work remote. the goals would be achieved more.the risk is lack of control over employees when they work remote. so i think i would prefer working remote.
