Before identifying the push and pull factors, first we need to know what push and pull factors are:

Push Factors: These refers to all those factors or forces that results in an individual or individuals to move away from their native place or current living area.

Pull Factors: These refers to all those factors or forces that leads to an individual's decision to move to or stay at a place i.e. the place where they are currently living or going to live.

(1) CARLOS

Push factors:

1. Earthquake which has imposed a danger on his and his family's life as well as destroyed their home

This is evident from the statement- "Unexpectedly, an earthquate registering an 8 on the Richter Scale hits Carlos's country. Carlos's home is destroyed"

2. Unadequate disaster management evident from the fact that there are only few shelters which are at full capacity.

This is evident fron the statement-"the few shelters that are set up in the area are at full capacity"

Pull factors:

1. Safety as they are being offered a safer place to sleep in Florida

This is evident from the statement- "His cousin has a few spare rooms that Carlos and his family can sleep in"

2. Employment opportunity as a banker

This is evident from the statement- "Carlos's cousin even knows some banks in Florida that are hiring"

(2) TAYLOR:

Push factors:

1. Lack of good coaches due to which she is not able to discover her best self i.e. not having proper training

2. Lack of facilities to practice her game

Pull factors:

1. Considerably warmer year round climate which means she could practice all year-round

2. A scholarship which is offering her better facilities and coaches

Now, Coming to my region:

Pull Factors:

1. My region is literal paradise on Earth with godly scenery, undisturbed nature, greenery, lakes, and gardens.

2. Famous for it's dry fruits (nuts)

Push Factors:

1. Cold and hard winters with heavy snowfall that leads to a kind of pause in life, business, economy, roadblocks, etc.

2. Prone to floods
