What is attachment in your opinion?
Attachment could be any kind of interpersonal relationship between two things. Between humans when there is a high level of attachments, it means that their interpersonal relationship is way more stronger than other relationships.
The first attachment theorists named John Bowlby says that the lasting psychological connection between two individuals is known as attachment. And according to the behaviorists, humans develop attachments through learning. Attachment is necessary for humans to feel a mental and emotional support.
In my opinion it is important to fell attached towards others who are significant part of our lives. But it is also important to maintain a healthy attachment with them. Being totally depending on others and feeling insecurity in time of their absence means that you are relying on the other person more that it is necessary. In other cases we try to solitude ourselves from others with out feeling any attachment with other person, this could also lead to interpersonal relationship destruction. Thus, we should learn how to develop a healthy and a proper attachment with other human beings.
