1.The company is of cigarette ,which is a tobacco product.So it is very much challenging to sell the cigarettes,even though the cigarettes are much in demand by the public but at some places ,it is illegal so the company has sometimes to meet up with those difficulties.Like ,In India in some states cobsumconsu of cigarettes and tobacco products are banned.

2.Well In United States it is not very much illegal kind action ,so it's veey much common there similarly in other countries tobacco products are banned but not in all,while the teenagers as well as adults both contribute equally to the consumption of cigarettes unlike other countries where the adults are more addicted to cigarettes.

3.The comapny has handled the business with a sense of social responsibility very well but Nowdays people are much aware of the affects of tobacco which is in cigarettes,so the consumption might decrease in upcoming future time but the company to maintain its business profits have launched a mint cigarette which is not much injurious to health as well as it is very much popular among youths.Because it works as a stress buster.

4.Well in this kind of business ledaership is very much important because ,sometimes the marketing department may get demotivated if they aren't able to convince the customers and eventually this will lead to the less selling of cigarettes.So as a leader we should always be energetic and determinant.
