1) Zero kgm/s. Both are in rest initially. Hence total momentum is zero.

2)The momentum ball is not conserved in any direction, since a force is applied by the cannon on ball.

3) The X component of system is conserved for cannon ball system. There is no external force in X direction, in Y direction there is gravitational force hence Y component is not conserved.

4) Canon ball earth system momentum is conserved in both X and Y directions. There is no external force in any direction.
