Answer #1

22. c) same procedure can be documented in different ways.

While considering the option A, where it states that the same format is used in all the organization for all the applications, it cannot be done. Different formats are required for various applications within the organizations itself. Only then the accuracy of the application could be maintained. Furthermore different organizations use different formats based on their need for analyzing the report.

While considering option B. This is not feasible and cannot be correct. If the SOP's are written in dimensionless units, it would create confusion in the minds of the reader. SOP's are designed to avoid any confusion. The reader would assume his own units of dimensions and the whole SOP would not deliver the desired results.

In the options D and E, it cannot be considered since it states that Option A is correct.

Finally Option C is correct, because the same SOP could be put forward in a different way based upon the author who is writing the SOP. The content and the procedure would be the same, it is just documented in a different way.
