Intussusception is condition in which there is telescoping of alimentary canal (intestine) into itself. This causes obstruction (due to telescoping and swelling at that site) of alimentary canal. This lead to occlusion in normal pathway that food follows to get excreted. So during Ford intake, the food is unable to pass further to site of obstruction and this will lead to vomiting.
