a.) :

  • Technical Awareness: well conversant with that particular field.
  • Communication - to get interact with each other,
  • Leadership - managing leadership qualities as a P.M,
  • Scheduling- preparing Gantt Chart, Bar chart, deadlines,
  • Risk Management.- identifying risk and managing those,
  • Cost Management- Making budget, cash-flows
  • Negotiating- dealing with Customers, Stakeholders, Contractors and negotiating capabilities,
  • Critical Thinking- well thinking ability of critical activities,
  • Task Management.- Managing power of task management

Any Business Organization will love to have these capabilities with some one, to run effectively any Projects or Business. So, that their Business will grow and benefits from the working capabilities with that person.

  • Product Manager,
  • Construction Head or Manager,
  • Planning Manager,
  • Contract Manager,
  • Cost Manager,
  • Billing Manager.

  3. Leadership Skills -. This is the strong point to have to leading a Project Management by leading an example,
  4. Effective Communication Skills.- Having various skills of communication e.g. speaking, writing,etc,
  5. Risk Management Skills- Managing any risks at any point of time,
  6. Team Building Skills /Team Management Skills - ability to build a team and maintaining it,
  7. Conflict Management.Skills- increasing positive effect by reducing negative aspects,
  8. Enhancing Production performance Skills- increasing efficiency by implementing planning,
  9. Industry and Solution Knowledge Skills-Having solution of every problems,
  10. Organizational Awareness Skills-Thorough knowledge of his/her Business Organization (i.e. type,structure, departments, flow chart)
  11. Responsibility Skills- Responsibility and implementing before deadline,
  12. Organization Profit's development skills - By Negotiation Skills- Doing effective negotiation with vendors in a reduce price to enhance Co's profit,
