International Managers job:

USA is a developed country and it has wide range of business operations in the area of Information technology, manufacturing, services etc. Being a manager role in US need to manage resources across global as many companies have their presence outside US too.Thus cultural diversity in the area of ethnicity and difference in language/accent etc has to manage across the resources. The collaborative support system should be developed among team members by fostering team unity. Integtrity and data privacy kind of organisation policies along with work ethics has to be streamlined and followed across team and as a manger it has to be ensured without failure. In addition organization culture based on US requirement to be incorporated in the delegation and execution of work. Sustainability practices and innovative ideas to be balanced along with leadership qualities. Generally US companies are known for employee relationship and maintaining work life balance along with proper productivity. This balance has to be managed within the team by delivering value to the organization by meeting the objectives.
