Some have strongly advocated that one person assessing the personality of another person from another culture must be culturally informed with regard to the assessee’s culture. To what extent is this true? How “culturally informed” is enough to assess?

Answer- Yes , this is true . The information about the culture of assessee is important because if we have knowledge about the cultural background then we will be aware about the strange and different rituals that the assessee follows in his life . We would be able to know the standards that the assessee follows in his life .

I think being culturally informed is enough to assess a person because we would know the background of the assessee and the difference in my behaviour and the assessee's behaviour .
