Let given that, Spindal #1 has numbers 1 and 4

and Spindal #2 has numbers 1,2,3

a) Let, If we spin both spindals then the total numbers of possible outcomes shown by tree diagram as follow

Spindal #2 Spindal #1 Outcomes (4,3) (4,2) (4,1) (1,3) (1,2) (1,1)

There are 6 possible outcomes.

b) Let,

P(if one or more even numbers getting) = (total outcomes which occurs one or more even numbers) / {total number of outcomes)

= 4 / 6 = 0.67

i.e. P if exactly one #1 is spun and if one or more even numbers is 0.67.

c) Here we assume that y is the value of two spindals and ten we construct probability distribution table and histogram using excel as

outcomes probabiity probabity (1,1) 0.1667 (1,2) 0.1667 0.18 (1,3) 0.1667 0.16 (4,1) 0.1667 0.14 (4,2) 0.1667 0.12 (4,3) 0.16
