The dynamics of competitive federalism includes that fact that those who is wishing to change the status quo can put up their policies all the way upto the government in the federal level. There are also various issues which can arise with the same, which can include problems such as homeland security and environmental protection. In addition to this, it can also be seen that issues such as poverty and healthcare also tends to arise.
