During times of recruitment and hiring for a job various parameters are important and essential while providing job to the most suitable candidate like physical attractiveness, beauty and gender. This decision needs to be taken fast while providing the job opportunity to the different job seeker clients. The competence, skill, knowledge and precision factors are sometimes compromised and only attractive beauty is considered a factor for providing the job opportunities. The importance of social desirability and social utility is studied and interpreted in detail while taking the most desirable candidate for a job position. Four within subject variables were considered for the study within a 2x2x2x2x2x2 considered reliability matrix method in the scientific study under investigation. Four within subject variables investigated during the study were attractiveness, gender, competence levels and the male/ female job diversification criterion. Decision makers concentrated on beauty and males who were more attractive were preferred in the jobs as compared to the less attractive ones. The statistical survey included providing a point scale from 1-9 on the likeness scale for after seeing the photographs of males or females. 1 was given for not beautiful and not attractive and 9 was given for the most attractive and beautiful in nature. The mean and standard deviation was calculated and analyzed. Various factors were considered for recruiting different candidates for the position of a manager or a salesperson. The different set parameters were used by the participants after going through the resume of the people who sent their resume for the job position along with the photograph. The factors that were considered include hireable, likeable, agreeable, honest, hardworking and intelligent. The males were offered the role of car sales and the females the role of perfume sale executives. The participants who gave the scale index analysis were divided into two groups. Most of the participants opted for small part time jobs for both the sexes in the subject of sales executives. The factors of hireability, desirability and utility factor. Most of them opted for non regular jobs for the non managerial positions. There was a bigger slope observed in the favorability and attractiveness scores for the females as compared to the males. If the female is attractive then the survey participants assumed that they are skillful as compared to the male graph slope that depicted much less change in the slope line with the attractiveness score factor. In males attractiveness was linked with self-confidence, directness, control and dynamism. In females the attractiveness was linked to warm expressions and feelings. The interaction was checked by forming three groups with different variables. First group included the job sex type, attractiveness and competence. Second group type included job sex type, gender and competence and the third group type included gender, attractiveness and competence.
