Q.1. Answer-

1. In many fungi asexual reproduction is carried out via asexual spores which is produced by single parent by mitosis. As asexual spores are produced by single parent they are identical to that parent and are haploid (n). When these spores are released by parent, they germinates and develops into adult organism that is also haploid. Each spore can develop into new individual. For example sporophores.

2. Second type of spore is sexual spore that is formed by fusion of two nuclei or gametes of opposite sex in many organisms like fungi. As these spores are formed by fusion of two haploid gametes, the spores produced are diploid like zygospores, oospores etc.
