Solution as follows:

Wall Studs are placed from top of a floor to the top of next floor. To calculate the wall stud length we need to calculate this height.

Floor to floor height can be calculated by adding floor finish thickness and ceiling thickness to the clear height (i.e. finish floor to ceiling bottom height).
