    1. Enter the North American market, where it is known that their services can work, but they do not know in depth. They can enter through Canada and expand across the United States or vice versa.
    2. Open slowly but firmly in the Portuguese-speaking market. Due to its proximity, they know the Portuguese market perfectly, and this would allow North S.L. access to the Brazilian market, a country with a thriving economy.

To find out which option is more beneficial for North S.L., compare the possibilities that arise and justify which of the two is better, considering which country offers better fiscal conditions and that North S.L. seek the most significant benefit.

(a.) Entering the North American market, where it is known that their services can work.

  • Have to do alter things a little in order to meet some very specific customer needs.
  • Have to check the other companies management, sales of same product.
  • possibly attract like
  1. Give more publicity like advertisements of market or promotions.
  2. Offer discount and gift tokens for customers.
  3. offer in special days like opening day, or festivals.
  • Targeting new customers.
  • Paid attention to every customer and employee good and experienced staff.
  • Quantity and quality of the product must be good.
  • Take feedback from customers.

Once successfully targeted one market with product or service, we can expand the business more.

(b.)

May be successful in the market, but that's because

  • It is already familiar with people and product (what is the product that customers need more).
  • Identity (some may known the North S.L. company and the products).  
  • have researched it.
  • comfortable in it.
  • already have a product or service line, and manufacturing and distribution channels in place.

Must also have to do

  • Must have more employees to manage, new customers to service, and new competitors to fend off.
  • Get feedback from customers.
  • improve more social activities and people.

option "b" benefits more than the option "a".

Because in option "b" the company is familiar in the area and slowly it can expand its market, which is much risk-free.

While on the other hand in option "a" market expansion sounds wonderful, but it does not come risk-free.
