• It is important for an organisation to ensure that it works towards increasing employee loyalty. The employees must be treated fairly and generously. They must be provided with adequate training and must be given equal opportunities to grow in the organisation.
• Another way of demonstrating corporate social responsibility is to ensure the brand reputation is well maintained.
• For the same, the organisation must maintain environmental consciousness and leaving a green footprint for society. The organisation must focus on reducing waste, recycling, minimising electricity usage, reducing food miles, supporting initiatives that lead to environmental conservation.
• By contributing and support social concerns/causes like poverty, education, SDGs, AIDS, natural disasters etc. a firm can demonstrate its intent towards CSR.
• Involving in local community and city issues, supporting the government for financial donations, taking care of customers needs are other initiatives.

Three examples:

• TOMS shoe is a great example. The firm with their campaign one for one has distributed 60 million shoes to the children. They are focussed towards addressing new initiatives/challenges which communities are facing around the world.
• Coca-Cola campaign of World Without Waste. Coca-Cola is focused on reducing environmental footprint, creating a safe and inclusive work environment, and enhancing the economic development of communities through initiatives such as "World Without Waste", "5by20" and others which work towards reshaping Coca-Cola's approach to creating a sustainable environment.
• Levis Strauss had shown great dedication to focus towards empowering workers financial, health and overall family well-being. They keep introducing new initiatives and partners with NGOs, Non-profits to implement a program to deliver worker needs.
