Answer #1

We draw a card from a deck and we have to find the probability that it is a 5 .

So there are 52 cards in a standard deck , out of them 4 cards of 5

So probability of a card is 5 is

Probability = Number of 5 cards/ total number of cards

= 4/52

Probability = 0.077

If the probability is \leq 0.05 then it is "unusual"

Our probability = 0.077 > 0.05

So our probability is not unusual

Answer is " NO "
