As a hospital administrator, you hear some complaints and want to investigate whether the problem of stereotyping exists at your facility. Research various types of stereotyping such as racial, ethnic, religious, and gender.
Based on your research and understanding, respond to the following:
• How will you conduct the investigation? What will you do if the problem does exist at your facility? Recently staff has been complaining about abusive physician behavior. A process introduced to deal with abusive physician behavior alienates some doctors. As a direct result of the staff complaints, one of every three doctors threaten to leave the hospital. Recommend a system for addressing the grievances along with a long-term solution focused on the interpersonal conflict.

To check for existence of any stereotyping in my health care, I will start investigation through following procedures:
Depend on the situation and type of mistake actions will be taken. If the issue is minor then, I will give one chance to that particular staff. If the issue is major, then that particular staff will be terminated. If necessary then police help will taken to solve the problem. Then the patient, who affected by that issue will be compensated if possible. To avoid this type of problems in a regular interval of time, staff will be trained.
Now a days in hospitals a major problem arises i.e doctors are prescribes unwanted, low quality or excess medicine by personally dealing drug industry agents. Specially un-educated persons are suffering with this type of problems.
Because of this issues, doctors some times terminated from health care. In this process some times hospital losses its experience holder doctors. It can be a future loss for hospital, because in world day by day doctor-patient ratio increasing. For solve this type of problem a good psychological training is required. Through this training humanism and nationalism should awakening is required. With this Performance and experienced based job enrichment is required. After this also situation gets worst, then strict punishment like cancelation of license is required.
