Subject: Return of Sunglasses that broken within minutes of delivery- Order no.XXXXX

Dear Sir,

I had purchased sunglasses from your online website, order number XXXXX dated XXXX. It got delivered to me on XXXXX. I opened the package immediately and used it. But within minutes of using it, the sunglasses broke. I had paid a good amount for this product and did not expect to get this for it. I immediately called up your customer care department for a return or no-cost replacement and they said that they will look into the mater and revert. No response came from them then. After that, I have made several calls and emails to the department and tried to get a response from them about registering my complaint and taking an action for it. But till today I have received no proper response from your side.

Being a big brand and reputable company I expect better treatment from you as a customer. Though my issue is a genuine one and I expect to receive a return or replacement option on it, even if the department is unable to resolve the issue as per my expectation, I should at least get a response on it. No response to any of my calls and emails shows a very ignorant and careless attitude of the company towards its customers.

I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and help me get it resolved from your department.
