Answer #1

Proofreading: This method is used to analyze errors and mistakes in language and semantics. This tool is used by several professors and workplaces worldwide.

In offices, employees write several emails and memos to their teammates and external departments. However, they may not know of their mistakes in the email and memos without reviewing their work before submissions.

The errors in proofreading occur because of

  • Incorrect subject-verb agreement
  • Lack of consistency and style
  • Incorrect punctuation
  • Mistakes in grammar
  • Spelling Issues in plagiarism

Steps for effective proofreading ways to ensure an error-free paper:

  • Evaluate and research the problem
  • Gather the data and write the document in own words
  • Ensure that the quality of the submitted work is free from grammatical flaws
  • Monitor and review the reports and articles by analyzing sentence structures, grammar, and language styles
  • Review the final draft of the report and check for mistakes in spelling, punctuation, subject and verb agreements, and so on.
  • Focus on the mistakes and think for resolving the problems analytically
  • Read the document in the mind and mark critical sentences.
  • Use a simplified language and styles to avoid complex sentences
  • Revise and read the document before final submissions

Students, academicians, and employees write several reports, emails, drafts, letters daily. They often submit their manuscripts without effective proofreading measures that hinder the quality of their submitted work. People submit their research papers to spread their knowledge to the world.

However, these research papers are prone to suffer from proofreading issues such as language, grammar, and plagiarism. The board of academicians evaluate the writer's credibility in their domain with the help of proofreading practices.

Uses of proofreading:

  • Helps the audience understand the document easily
  • Ensures that the document is error free
  • Helps to avoid a person stealing ideas from others
  • Makes the document accurate and consistent without errors in grammar, spellings, and styles

This formula expresses the number of bits that are transmitted over a circuit in a given period of time. In practice, however, we are not only concerned with the number bits transmitted, but also with the number of data bits transmitted over a circuit. The data bits are those that the sender decides to send...
