3-Respond to the following statement, and be prepared to argue both sides of the debate: Tim Cook only cares about money; his primary motivation is profit maximization. Therefore, Tim Cook is no different from any other CEO?

1. The purpose of Apple as an organization is to add and impary value to it's customers by ensuring that the products and services provided by Apple is of premium quality and ensure that they provide the most effective and creative products and generate revenue and incurring profit from the same.

Apple exist because they want to be present in the industry and continue doing business as well which will ensure that the business constantly will try to add value in whatever they are planning to do in this context as well.

Apple with it's view to innovate and be creative needs to be very much positive and whatever they do and hence they need to be adding value and be effective in their approach regarding whatever they do as well.

2. I believe that in this case Apple may have committed some minor mistakes but that are not much of an importance because primarily they have been one of those few organizations who believe that there is always a scope to improve and do things in a better manner which will help the organization some right back on track.

3. I personally believe that no Organization can sustain if they are unable to make generate revenue and even Tim Cook is not an exception although if we look at his tenure as the CEO of Apple, we will observe that he has been focussed in making more and more revenue but it has not affected the workplace. He believes that there will be times when the the organization may not farewell financially, therefore the way things may take place be different as well.
