1. Assuming that 13 to base 16 means converting base 13 to base 16 .

According to the above assumption , base 13 is tridecimal , tredecimal or triskadecimal . It includes 13 digits for representing numbers that includes 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C.

Base 16 is hexadecimal representation of the number using the 16 digits including 0 to 9 to represent the symbols from 0 to 9 and A to F(or a to f) to represent the values from 10 to 15 .

Now base 13 to base 16 conversion with the below example :-

For this conversion first we need to convert base 13 to base 10 and then base 10 to base 16.

Example :- Consider a number 4202 with base 13 . After converting the number to base 10 the output is 9128 in base 10 .

Now for the final conversion from base 10 to base 16 , after the final conversion of number 9128 with base 10 the output is 23a8 with base 16 .

Therefore (4202) base 13 to (23a8) base 16 .

2) Assuming the above question means convert number 13 to base 16 .

According to above assumption number 13 converted to the base 16 with the output “d”.

Therefore , 13 to base 16 output is d(base 16) .
